Add KR Version #10

My friends kept asking me for a KR version, so I'll go on to it while I have the time.

There isn't much independent text used in the app, so it should be quick.

The equipment names can't be known before KR 7.0 releases, so unfortunately we'll have to leave the equipment names ENG

First we need to refactor out all hard-coded text so that we can easily switch between KR and EN

The KR version will need a new font
