Prepare 690 equipment data for KR FFXIV Server 7.0

The Main FFXIV Server doesn't need 690 now, but KR server is on its way to 7.0 release.

KR Server 7.0 releases will be the perfect time to deploy the KR version of the application.

690 gears are ready and are enabled only in KR version
