Update node & limit input to max number of tickets #92

Summary:

Allow manual input of up to max number tickets only

Fixes #88

@stuartleech Check you are happy with this on staging. The behaviour is maybe a bit weird when you go back and forth between totals - but I think for a normal workflow, makes sense.
