Added -u / --uri parameter to specify a custom location of the /server-status URI #10

Hi,

my /server-status page isn't available via /server-status, but that URI was hardcoded into the plugin. I replaced the hardcoded value with a newly introduced parameter (-u / --uri) but kept /server-status as the default value.

Yeah, did the changes back in 2016, but for some reason never sent a pull/merge request to your repository. Better late than never I guess? ;-)

Thank you for the update, very appreciated! From my observation, the tools are still in use in a lot of places worldwide, so it is never too late for sharing improvements. :-)

Hey! Of course it's still in use. I mean the /server-status format hasn't changed in... decades? So why not? 😄

And also I know now just use your script and don't have to maintain my own copy anymore. 😏
