Specify types for api() payloads

• At the moment each api(..., payload) has type of any.
• Create unique interfaces for every payload on .json endpoints.

Examples of interfaces that should have consistent naming conventions:

• payload: AddOrUpdateAPIResponse
• payload: CRUDResponse
• payload: EndpointTransaction
• payload: BatchEditPayload
• payload: Prisma._MODEL_UncheckedCreateInput
• payload: number
