Replaces fork with Electron's utilityProcess
SvelteKit sends a message ELECTRON_MESSAGE_SERVER_READY to the parent Electron process
Electron sends an initial fetch() request to initialize the server (run migrations, etc)
Electron flags the server as isRunning
