Whenever Electron starts the server we pass the flag ELECTRON_SWITCHED_VAULT="true".
/hooks.ts reads that flag and if it's true it redirects the user to /vault.
/vault checks if the vault is migrated and seeded correctly.
If checks are successful the user is redirected back to /.
If not, an error is displayed and the sidebar links become disabled.
