Replace section "Import data" with "Add or update data" #76

Display a list of actions a user can take to ingest data into the app.
Buttons to show:
- Sync with Plaid (maybe)
- Import from CanutinFile
- Import from CSV (not yet implemented)
- Add account
- Add asset
- Add transaction
