IPMITOOL upgrade #309

include lanplus so ipmitool sol to another fmad device is operational

ipmi V 1.8.18 need specify Cipher suite -C 1 new feature in latest version or somthing

Seems cipher 17 is the strongest and does work

$ ipmitool -H 192.168.1.1 -U admin -P admin -I lanplus -C 17 sol info
