add homopolish tool #47

Add the possibility to run homopolish if desired by the user:

Better not to do it for now, because this is something that could be added for any workflow and not only hybrid, thus ... the pipeline is still not ready and it may not fit the pipeline's design. Closing for now, may re-open in the future if really desired to have it.
