Show more example of outputs in docs #15

Improve the documentation by adding more images about the outputs produced.

Add links to reports and image of the genome browser produced with the quickstart.

Also put in the readme a link to the page where the outputs exemplification will be hosted.

Also, think of a way to better describe and show all the annotation steps and analyses performed, both in github readme and readthedocs main page.
