NOTE: v2.3 is coming #17

Just a little note that v2.3 is coming.

It has a major changing on the structure of the Docker image so it is easier to update.

Implementation of two modules for species identification with refseq_masher and insertion sequence detection with digIS.

Currently running tests to check for bugs and finishing documentation updates.

Also, add on this release, a report to show the most generic results such as the results of refseq masher, the Prokka annotations statistics, MLST and kegg annotation heatmap.

Pull request #18 has already been created. Once the test runs with single / multiple genomes finish whithout problems, the pull request will be merged and the pipeline updated.
