Resfinder not being added to shiny app #27

Resfinder is not being merged into the main "merged annotation" GFF which is loaded into the shiny app.

Because of that, Resfinder does not appear in the final merged GFF and also does not appear as a filter possibility in the shiny app.

Must check why this is not done. If possible must add the resfinder to both.

Additionally check if this is happening with any other tool.

Started solving!

Might come together with the antiSMASH module.
