Provide databases as a .tar.gz #80

The download databases workflow can sometimes take too long to run and can generally fail with singularity profile. Therefore, it makes sense to provide a formatted database in .tar.gz so users can just download it and run the pipeline.

See #78 where this was brought into attention by @minhtrung1997
