69 tools to use own docker image #91

Solves #69

PR to re-organize and update container configuration for modules. All are available in a single file so users can easily copy and use modify it to use different tools versions.

Note is, not all tools can/could be pointed to public biocontainer images because some are not there, and others require multiple packages.

Worked with docker & singularity. Must add a simple command so users can download a config to customize image versions with wanted.
