add mongo-ingest module #5

When this PR is finished, the module gff-toolbox mongo-ingest will be functional. It still left to implement in another PR the other mentioned function able to convert back mongodb database to GFF or other format. Update the docs/Wiki/README is not supplied by this PR and must be done also in another PR.

I think that, before this PR goes to the master, it should already have a documentation.

So when added, it can be readily used and a new version can be triggered (the version of the package)

Indeed, it seems a better approach. I'll put a documentation for this module as soon as possible.
