Windows installer keeps all old fman versions #111

On Windows I found all older fman versions in USER\AppData\Local\fman\Versions\ folder. Only one most recent version should be kept there.

You said per email that this was because you used the installer to update instead of the recommended mechanism. But, you're right - the installer should remove previous versions.
