Miller columns #681

Did you ever considered adding a Miller column view when in one-pane view? I find it very useful feature and there is no file manager on Linux that works and do it correct.

I think this is what ranger uses, which was mentioned in #57. In short, I know of it, but it's hardly ever requested so I don't think I'll get to implementing this.
