Add Russian translation #96

What about generic translation files to support any language.

For instance every language could have their own file in installdir/Plugins/Core/languages.

installdir/Plugins/Core/languages/en-us.json installdir/Plugins/Core/languages/ru-ru.json etc

What about plugins?

Should they also support translation files?

Let's keep everything in Esperanto :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Plugins are an interesting point @oskretc. I'll keep them in mind when implementing this feature.

It's funny, I just thought of Esperanto yesterday. I know nothing about it, but my suspicion would be it's a very beautiful language, because it could be "invented" from scratch and didn't have to evolve through centuries.
