So it turns out the blog posts that are missing have all been deleted in 7f7b56f, so there's no use restoring them from the rss feed because we could just partially revert that. I converted these from html using pandoc and manually touched them up, but I'm not able to compile anything so I'm not sure if it'll work (pandoc renders them to html just fine, though). They might be missing some metadata. Also, this doesn't include recent edits on older posts, but I'm not sure if there have been any.

They render just fine. Maybe some links belong under content/references, but I'm not sure how we'd recover their names. Kramdown doesn't have Pandoc's strike-through syntax, so I substituted them for del pairs and committed this as 0cf80f92624e2fe126b78bf6e7148f89ec0ec343.
