Have a look at https://github.com/fmarotta/kaobook/issues/193#issuecomment-992328930 and the following discussion for an instruction on how to fix the bug.

Also, pull request are probably not the right tool for bug reports. You should use the bug report template as this allows for an easier discussion 🙂
