Jo Moon-Soo (@jomoonsoo) sent me an email a long time ago, but my replies were always rejected by the mail servers, probably because Korea has some strict email-filtering policy. I've seen that he started to follow the repository on GitHub, so I'm opening this issue to try and reach out to him. I'll just post the content of the email I wrote.
PS sorry for everybody else who asked for help, I'm quite busy recently but next week I'll get back to working on kaobook.

Thank you for your email, your enthusiasm is very remarkable and inspiring! I'm happy that you want to use kaobook for something as serious as a textbook, and I want to help you.
It is possible to use kaobook with drawings and formulas. I attach a directory with an example that I prepared for you. Please, read the main.tex file that you will find inside, and start editing it :)
