When logged in, mangadex chapters show as read on site after downloading #1049

Unticking the mangadex account on Websites->Accounts does nothing to prevent this from happening.

You are using your account to download, so that is expected.

But removing should stop that. Check config files, if your mangadex account still there.

Since we don't have active coder for this, you need to find a way to manually remove it.
