Opening FMD with many download entries takes really long #383

From the Discord chat we had:

found it it's the option to sort downloads. i implemented the function at a point where the sorting happens as soon as an entry will be added to the list control, which means that it does this for all 5000 entries. seems i really have to split this function up i forgot that this function also runs when loading a db file

Didn't check adding downloads when checking for new chapter updates. Does not work, the rest should though. Will be fixed.
