FMD Module update deleted all modules but also unsubscribed me from sites! #527

I have a lot of time invested in the sites that work for me so I had several modules I unchecked and do not use. Now I have to start over in this process as this time when the modules were deleted it also removed the subscriptions! Only those sites that were in favorites and had a favorite did not get unsubscribed! Now I have a lot of work again testing all these sites.

Is it possible to have a backup process so when FMD glitches we don't lose everything? I do not thing the favorites backup currently back ups our configuration for these subscriptions.

FMD deletes modules if you don't have an active working connection.
