Instead, special tokens should be emitted which the parser then uses to report errors.

Don't return early on

[x] invalid tokens (via 61bfeba5b8a30e77466b195bf386875a41cb3748)
[x] unterminated text literals (also via above commit)
[x] number literals "out of range" (relevant until we removed number literal suffixes) (via c774b0ddabb3ccef7d8522f12ff75a5441ea2b95)
[x] trailing dashes in identifiers
[x] consecutive primes in number literals
[x] trailing primes in number literals
[x] unbalanced brackets
