This issue consists of the following sub-issues:

[ ] Deapplications (type checking + interpreting)
[ ] Analyzing polymorphic values (type checking + interpreting)

And optionally includes:

[ ] Analyzing uninhabited types
[ ] Warning on duplicate cases
[ ] Disallowing non-exhaustive matching
[ ] Implicit deapplication
[ ] Deapplication (compiling to BC)
[ ] Polymorphic value (compiling to BC)

It does not contain:

GADT support
Dependent pattern matching
