Some major problems happening to be fixed in the UI

[x] Added categories not showing up on dropdowns right away
[x] Every change in the data table invokes a new loading status
[x] Part 2 is still showing repeatead transactions
[x] Update initial query numbers - to be smaller
[x] Add account management into add_account page
[x] Big transaction volume takes too long (where is the time sink happening?)
[x] Create a first tour guide of redirections
[x] Add about page
