Usablity fixes v2 #18

[x] Add new UI to edit past transactions
[ ] Make transaction processing faster (try to use streaming? )
[ ] Better loading bars showing progress for long processing

Maybe

[ ] Highlight when the Model assigns N/A to categories or transactions
[ ] OpenAI calls show weird errors when timed out or other problems

Streaming won't completely work because I can't know how many chunks I am looking for beforehand. The only benefit of streaming for me would be a show progress to user - incomplete messages don't form the correct objects I am waiting for on my responses.
