Google earth not working on NORAD santa tracker page #389

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. attempt to view the google earth version of santa tracker
2. http://www.noradsanta.org./en/track3d.html

What is the expected output or behavior? What do you see instead?
To begin using the viewable santa tracker. Instead see the globe in the 
background, with a dark box with text stating, "The Google Maps API key 
used on this web site was registered for a different web site. The 
developer of this web site can generate a new key here."

Which plugin version are you using? whatever's current as of today

Which browsers and operating systems are affected?

windows IE 8.0.6001.18865

Please provide any additional information (code snippets/links) below.
