Better translation for sections in Russian (Non-English.md)

Description

Fairly obvious at what this PR is supposed to be. Minor fixes for Russian section in Non-English

Context

I wasn't satisfied with the Russian section translation.

Types of changes

[ ] Bad / Deleted sites removal
[x] Grammar / Markdown fixes
[ ] Content addition (sites, projects, tools, etc.)
[ ] New Wiki section
