Separated Android Emulators and Emulators for Android

Context

Doesn't make sense to have Android Emulators for Windows and Emulators for Android in the same section.

Types of changes

[ ] Bad / Deleted sites removal
[ ] Grammar / Markdown fixes
[ ] Content addition (sites, projects, tools, etc.)
[x] New Wiki section
