Update web_app_manifest.json #4

Possible fix for the app falling back to Chrome Custom Tab. Changed name and short_name to be the same as in the manifest file on divolt.xyz

Sorry, I had an issue with GH a long time ago where it didn't send me any notifications. I fixed it now but it looks like I never caught wind of this PR.

Unfortunately this wouldn't solve the problem, 99% sure of that.
