We now specify dependencies in a pixi.toml file. FAIM-Robocopy can be started with:

pixi run faim-robocopy

(Also bump the project version to 1.5.0)

NB: the environment activation script sets the path to TCL_LIBRARY and is currently implemented and tested for Windows only.

I updated the instructions in README.md and successfully tested on a multi-user system, so I am going to merge now.
