Cannot install with pip 24.1 #106

When cloning the repository and trying to install with python -m pip install -e ., the command suceeds for pip v24.0 but fails for pip v24.1.0 or v24.1.1.

The error traceback (see below) also says "Please use pip<24.1 if you need to use this version."

@nrepina Is this specific prefect version required? Can we make the prefect dependency optional same as the fractal-tasks dependency (by making it an extra)? Prefect dependencies are, after all, not required for running the Fractal tasks

@jluethi Yes for sure, we can separate the Prefect dependency into an extra since we no longer use it for parallelization, and indeed the Prefect tasks are by now outdated compared to the Fractal tasks.
