get_coorindate_transformations assumes that channel axis exists. Making this more flexible is required for #89.
_compute_block_to_tile_map fails with empty chunks. Empty chunks can appear with auto-focus issues.
Move _create_zarr_plate out of converter.run. Enables more flexibility on where the plate is created and who is filling it.
