Adds pixi as default dependency manager for the project.
Rename scratchpad to sandbox.
Add raw_data, processed_data, and results directories to the template. They are excluded by the .gitignore.
Rename ipa to source.
Add install.sh and source.sh for easy setup on Linux machines.
Remove example scripts and example notebooks.
