Gaussian fitting in 1D seems to give too large values #15

I uploaded teh original files as well as the result of the analysis with the ImageJ Macro. I wish the values for the Gaussian fit in x and y in teh napari plugin were very close to those obtained with ImageJ. For this, the fit for x and y should be done in 2D in one plan, at the center of the bead, as this would reflect the reoslution of the scope when one one plane is acquired.
