Mini issue: help file has incorrect function name #20

Help file for "generateTemplate" currently lists usage of function "listEinprotVersion()" instead of "listEinprotVersions()". Could also probably be added to a "See also" section. If yes, could alos add "getEinprotNews()".

Thanks - added
