Mini issue: help file is missing a valid parameter value #21

"runMaxQuantAnalysis" does not show option "MinProbGlobal" for parameter "imputeMethod". Additionally, I could not find any links to explanations of the imputation methods.

Thanks - added (to development version). Imputation methods are documented in ?doImputation
