seqLogo function dependency #6

It might be helpful to mention the dependency on the seqlogo function to actually create the pwms in the output file. If one runs as is now, the output doesn’t contain the pwm logos because the path isn’t specified. I know this is a small thing, but would be helpful to someone wanting to run it to at least know they need to do this (possibly by a simple system command with the relevant path).

Closed as this is out of scope (the homer html report is not used within the package; users who want to get that report should run homer directly)
