Define Widget -settings screen settings #666

List all settings which are available in IOS and android widgets.

theme selection
- dark/light/gradient/automatic
- Default automatic
location selection
- current location (requires permissions - native popup?) or fixed location from app's "My places"
a method for opening native popup window for editing locating accuracy / background locating

Each setting should probably have a couple of rows for explanations. Especially location settings.
