Implemented "mostly working" versions of small, medium and large forecast widgets.
Don't be scared about 347 modified files, because most files are svg icons etc.
Widgets are disabled from build to allow merging to main. To test widgets enable them by clicking MobileWeather-target in Xcode and adding WidgetExtension to Frameworks, Libraries, and Embedded Content in General tab.
