Unable to export to spreadsheet and map at the same time

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open track
2. Select export from the menu
3. View UI that only lets you do one thing at a time

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Check boxes instead of radio buttons. This change also breaks embedding the map 
url into the spreadsheet row.

What version of MyTracks are you using? On what version of Android? On what
phone?
version: 2.0.5
phone: droid 4, android 4.1.2

If possible please provide a log by uploading here.

The key here is that they 1) happen at the same time and 2) the map is linked 
in the spread sheet

We decided to modify the code to allow allow exporting to one google service at 
a time. Allowing exporting to multiple services make the code much more 
complicated. 

Note that exporting to Google Maps will be deprecated soon, thus we removed the 
links in the spreadsheet because exporting to Google Maps can stop working at 
any time.
