Default activity type running records cycling #1367

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.setting default activity type to running
2.record new track (immediately after has no problems)
3.saving new track (after a reboot or two produces a different track activity 
type)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
running tracks, cycling tracks

What version of MyTracks are you using? On what version of Android? On what
phone?
2.0.5
(cyanogenmod 9.1) Android 4.0.4
Sony Ericsson Xperia Active (ST17)
