If GPS turned off whilst MyTracks is running, it does not recognise when GPS is re-enabled #1380

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start MyTracks recording with GPS turned on
2. Turn GPS off
3. Turn GPS back on again

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected that MyTracks would pick up my location once GPS was restarted.
However it displays the "Waiting for GPS signal" indefinitely. Recording time
interval had been set to "1 min between recorded locations". Max. distance set
to 3.11mi.

What version of MyTracks are you using? On what version of Android? On what
phone?
Version 2.0.5 on Android 4.3 on Google Nexus 4 phone

Please provide any additional information here:
Was attempting to do this as I wanted to record a coarse multi-day track to
allow photographs taken with another camera to be geotagged, and tried turning
GPS off overnight in order to reduce battery consumption.

Please make sure you have the latest version of Google Play services. With the
latest version of Google Play services, I am able to turn GPS off, turn it back
on, and still have My Tracks working.
