Reports incorrect moving time with external GPS #1488

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Start 'Bluetooth GPS Provider' app and link to Holux-1000 external GPS - 
Holux provides GPS updates once a second
2.Set Location to 'Device Only'
3.Start Mytracks and begin recording

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Moving Time is but a fraction of the actual

What version of MyTracks are you using? On what version of Android? On what
phone?
NyTracks 2.0.6, KitKat 4.4.2, Nexus 5

If possible please provide a log by uploading here.

My Tracks now uses the Android Location Provider, which doesn't support the 
external gps provider yet.
