GPS stays on when pausing My Tracks

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Pause My Tracks.
2. Use other applications.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The GPS should remain off, but sometimes it turns back on and stays on, even 
though My Tracks remains paused.

This never happens when My Tracks isn't running.

What version of MyTracks are you using? On what version of Android? On what 
phone?
The latest version of My Tracks, but this has happened in previous versions too.

Jelly Bean.

Stock Samsung Galaxy Nexus.

I cannot reproduce this. Please make sure you have the latest version of 
Android and Google Play services on your device.

KitKat and Lollipop aren't available on the SGN. I was running the latest 
version of Jelly Bean and Google Play is automatically updated.
