Support Scosche Rhythm+ Heart Rate Monitor #1516

I would like to see the Scosche RHYTHM+ HRM supported. The Rhythm+ transmits 
both Ant+ and Bluetooth Smart simultaneously. 
The thisisant.com website lists it as an Ant+ compatible device, and my Galaxy 
Note 3 is paired with it, but MyTracks doesn't recognize it as being present. 
This device should be easier to support than the Scosche Rhythm HRM that was 
addressed in MyTracks Issue 1298.

Although I'm not a developer, I'd be willing to look at implementing this 
myself. I just need some direction on which source code will need modification.
I've already installed the android development tools and am able to load a 
local version of MyTracks to my Note 3.

Sorry, we will not be able to support all types of heart rate monitors.
