bug in altitude calculation #1524

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.record a track
2.view altitude statistics in statistics tab
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected is around 100 meters, i see 1400 meters

What version of MyTracks are you using? On what version of Android? On what
phone?
Mytracks 2.0.6
Nexus 5
Android 4.4.2

This is fixed in the next release, version 2.0.7.

Some wifi signal incorrectly reports altitude value of 0, causing the altitude 
gain to be incorrect.
